Steps to Get Your Home Sold

With Direct to MLS, you will maintain full control of the sale of your home. In exchange for one low fee, our brokerage will list your property on the MLS and other popular real estate websites such as Realtor.com, Zillow.com, Trulia.com, and Homes.com, as well as many others. Direct to MLS will also provide you with the contracts and forms that you need to sell your home. Just follow our four steps listed below to get your home sold.

1. Choose a Plan

Plans range from Basic ($299) to Premium ($499), and then to Full Service at 1%. If you choose Full Service, please call today at:

2. Complete the Questionnaire

Complete and submit our easy to follow questionnaire regarding your home's details and features. An agent will then reach out to discuss your listing and send you a Listing Agreement. Once signed, your listing will be uploaded to the local mls.

3. Prepare your Home for Sale

Prepare your home for showing by improving the appearance in every way. We suggest cleaning the inside, updating the landscaping and cleaning up the outside in general (first impressions are everything), making repairs, removing clutter and stashing family pictures so the prospective buyers can envision themselves in your home.

4. Work with Prospective Buyers to Sell your Home

If you choose one of the DIY plans, potential buyers will contact you directly, and you will interview them to determine if they're qualified candidates. If so, you will schedule the home viewings with those buyers at your convenience. You will negotiate with a buyer until an agreement is reached.
